You would be forgiven for thinking these shots were from a luxury
holiday resort, but in reality they are of the Russley Retirement
Village in Christchurch. We’ve just completed the penultimate stage of
this massive complex - the Sefton Apartment block, which contains
stunning contemporary one- and two-bedroom apartments plus this
beautiful pool and spa area on the ground floor.

Founder and one of our owners, has had a long involvement with the
Russley Retirement Village, which spans a decade and began well before
he formed Focus. So this is project which is very important to Darryn
and the rest of the Focus team, who have been involved with the Russley
Retirement Village for the last five years.
Work will being in the New Year on on the final stage which will be a 36-bed hospital and additional independent living units.
