Our role is an independent one essentially acting on behalf of the lending institution to oversee and monitor financial aspects of construction projects and ensuring that the financial and construction process aligns with the loan terms protecting the lenders interests and minimising risk.

Our services include:

• Initial Reporting  – we undertake a detailed review of the project documentation and prepare an Initial Report in line with the prospective lender’s requirements.

• Drawdown Reports – usually monthly but sometimes milestone based, we undertake a site visit to ascertain progress and Drawdown Reports in accordance with the lender’s requirements.
