Our Project Managers play a crucial role in achieving successful project outcomes for all stakeholders. We partner with our clients, offering project delivery services that are specifically tailored to their needs and the project’s requirements. We are proactive, hands-on Project Managers who immerse ourselves in the project’s inner workings, ensuring a balanced approach with all stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.

Our services include:


  • Monitoring the Contract  – we ensure proper administration of the head contract and of any separate contracts.

  • Monitor Progress – we brief our client’s regularly on progress, variation status, forecast final costs and other relevant matters. We chair site meetings and provide detailed meeting minutes.

  • Communicate – we ensure that we make recommendations in respect to any matters arising during construction which require the decision of the client’s.

  • Quality Control – we inspect the works and without diminishing responsibilities of any other consultants, ensure compliance with the intent of the project brief.

  • Quality Control – we liaise with contractors with regards to Quality Assurance (QA) and ensure a robust QA system is implemented and monitor the construction works on site to ensure quality workmanship is maintained and that remedial action is taken when necessary to make good any areas of unacceptable quality.

  • Programme – we monitor the programme on site and ensure that remedial action is taken when necessary to accelerate activities to meet the approved programme.

  • Documentation Review  – we monitor the review of shop drawings, manuals, samples and prototypes by the relevant consultants. We also assist with monitoring the submission of tests required in the project and their review by the relevant consultants.

  • Change Management – we manage the flow of communication between the key stakeholders in the project delivery team. This includes the management of contractor requests for information and consultant instructions provided.

  • Risk Management – we encourage open communications between key stakeholders and aim to mitigate risks raised and identified as the construction phase progresses.

  • Dispute Resolution – in the event of any disputes arising with contractors, notify the client of the details of the relevant issues, advise the client and participate in discussions to resolve the dispute.

  • Completion – we ensure that formal notices of Practical Completion and Final Completion are issued when appropriate. We arrange for handover of the building to the client at completion. We facilitate the arrangement of appropriate insurance in conjunction with the client’s insurance advisors. We ensure that all monetary adjustments between client and contractor have been accounted for.

  • Operations and Maintenance – we ensure that all maintenance and service manuals for installations, plant and equipment have been prepared and handed to client. We ensure that all operating procedures have been demonstrated to the client and that all appropriate maintenance contracts have been arranged.

  • Warranties – we ensure that all warranties and guarantees required have been provided.
