"As insurance brokers we advocate strongly for our clients as the onus is on them to prove their loss. So they need to do the investigations required to substantiate what is wrong with their property. Focus are like a one stop shop. They get all the facts around a claim, often uncover damage which wasn’t previously identified, bring together all the technical aspects, assemble detailed quotes, and put together the reporting required to substantiate a claim.
 
Where it is a specialist area such as drainage or roofing they will go and get actual quotes, and the advice is therefore market tested. You know that when their scoping comes in it is supported by site specific quotes from suppliers. So the reporting they present and the experts they use have credibility which makes acceptance by the insurance company much more likely.
 
In fact Focus do it so well that insurance companies have now come to realise just how effective, efficient and accurate they are and that in many cases, once the submission has been presented by Focus, are accepting of the reporting presented without equivocation.
