Our Cost Planning services include:

• Development of Project Budget  – our team of experienced Estimators will work closely with you from the initial concept documentation to establish a project budget.

• Cost Plan – based on the limited design information available at this early design phase, we endeavour to fill in the gaps to provide a robust and meaningful Cost Plan established via elemental analysis. 

• Design Cost Management – as design progresses and documentation develops, we undertake cost checking to ensure that design progression aligns with the Cost Plan budget.

• Value Engineering – our Estimators continuously review and report on where cost savings can be made through value engineering processes. 

• Risk Management – during cost planning our Estimators report on and assist with financial risk management and mitigation, where possible, of project risks identified.
