A complete rebuild following the 2011 Christchurch earthquakes, this 224sqm, three-bedroom home was architecturally designed to capture exceptional views overlooking Christchurch City. A sophisticated blend of vertical lines and an angled roof creates a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
Natural light fills the interior, enhancing the home’s distinctive mix of Japanese-inspired screens and charred larch cladding. These elements are woven together to complement a rich, eclectic collection of worldly souvenirs, transforming this clever hillside oasis into a home full of originality, story, and warmth.
Focus Project Services facilitated the contract negotiations and assisted with finalising the contract between its client and their building contractor.
