This contemporary central city development comprises 18 architecturally designed two-bedroom units, each featuring an ensuite and separate bathroom. The homes are spread over two levels — with open-plan kitchen and living spaces on the ground floor and bedrooms on the upper level. Fifteen units include an internal-access garage, and all enjoy private courtyards and professionally landscaped surroundings.
Focus Project Services managed the tendering and contract negotiation process, ensuring the build was procured efficiently and on favourable terms for the client.
Throughout construction, Focus provided client-side Project Management services, successfully delivering the development on behalf of Vale Property Group. Responsibilities included programme monitoring, stakeholder coordination, health and safety oversight, quality assurance, and defect management, ensuring a seamless delivery process.
In parallel, Cost Management – Quantity Surveying services were also provided, covering financial contract administration, payment claim assessment, variation management, and final account completion. This disciplined approach to cost and forecasting control proved critical during the Covid-19 affected economic environment in which the project was completed.
