Continuing its strong and ongoing relationship with Generus Living Group, Focus managed the design process, procurement and project delivery of the Sefton Apartment block and pool complex at The Russley Village. This project was handed over in December 2017. 

The Sefton Apartments consist of 16 contemporary one-and two-bedroom apartments constructed over three levels. The ground-floor level contains an indoor pool facility, spa, plant room, changing rooms and ablutions block.

Meticulous planning went into the pool complex from integrating the pool structure around the main building structure through to the selection of materials capable of withstanding the corrosive indoor pool environment. 

This project was challenging due to site restrictions, but Focus seamlessly managed and successfully delivered the project, minimising disruption to the existing operational facility.
