This newly built, high-spec architectural duplex dwelling consists of three-bedrooms, two-bathrooms, split-level and open plan living. Built on steep terrain, much thought, planning and engineering skill was considered when building this bespoke property. Clever interior design and planning has resulted in panoramic views of Queenstowns’ Lake Wakatipu and the picturesque mountain surrounds.
