Focus provided project management delivery and quantity surveying services across all project phases, from concept through to final account, on this complex re-roofing and refurbishment project. The scope encompassed re-roofing works utilising a varied mix of roofing solutions, façade refurbishment, exterior curtain wall joinery replacement, asbestos management, and the refurbishment of ten residential rooms - all delivered within a demanding programme requiring commencement in mid-November 2025 and practical completion ahead of Semester 1 in early February 2026.

Prior to procurement of the Main Contractor, Focus prepared a comprehensive development cost forecast reset for Board approval, ensuring robust cost certainty and stakeholder alignment ahead of construction commitment.

Our services included project management - project delivery and quantity surveying initial budget establishment, design phase cost checking, development cost forecast reporting, full tender management, contract negotiation, and contract administration through to settlement of the Main Contractor's final account.
