Role of Focus Cost management services and contract administration

Contract value $1-$10m, Rata Wing Extension and Apartment Block (in progress); $1-$10m, Care Facility (in planning)

Focus has been involved in various stages of the St Albans Retirement Village development in varying capacities, including development cost planning, tendering and contract administration. 

Most recently Focus has developed the cost plan for Stage 3B - the Rata Wing Extension and 20-unit apartment block development. Focus managed the competitive tender process for this stage, produced contract documents, and is now providing contract administration services. Focus is currently undertaking cost planning for St Albans Village Stage 4 Care Facility.
