Focus has been involved with the Holly Lea Village new development project since 2016. Focus compiled the design team through an RFP process, has coordinated the design to date and is currently undertaking contractor engagement via tender.
At the conclusion of the design phase, Focus will engage a contractor on behalf of the client to undertake the construction of the first two stages of the development. These stages consist of an eight-apartment complex and a 20-apartment complex both over two levels interconnected by a linkway. An additional linkway connects the apartment complex back to the existing facility. The role of Focus will be to undertake full project management and contract administration activities.
Future stages include a 20 bed Aged Care and 20 bed Memory-Assisted Facility over two levels.
