Focus worked closely with Generus Living Group during the design of The Russley Village Homestead, a multi-purpose building for retirement village residents. Focus procured a contractor and delivered the facility on time and under budget.
In May 2018 the Homestead collected two prestigious awards at the New Zealand Commercial Projects Awards. The Homestead received a Gold Award in the Residential Category and was a National Category Award winner in the $5-$15 million value section.
The 1400m2, two-storey building was commended by the judges for its ‘country club’ atmosphere through its incorporation of a wide range of community facilities, including a café, restaurant, a lounge area, a boutique cinema, library and a snooker room.
