Russley Village Recognised at NZ Commercial Property Awards

We're thrilled to announce that Russley Retirement Village’s Homestead, was hugely successful at the recent New Zealand Commercial Project Awards. Not only did the project receive a Gold Award in the Residential Category, but was also a National Category Award winner in the $5-$15 million value section as well.

Huge congratulations to Generus Living Group, owners of the Russley Village and Simon Construction on their workmanship and professionalism displayed throughout the build process. We look forward to continuing our relationship through the final development stages at the village with both project partners.
